BLT Avocado Chicken Salad Wraps are a quick and easy solution to a fresh, no-heat lunch. They are high in protein, low in carbs, high in fiber and nutrients, but most of all, this salad is delicious.


Ingredients

Meat
  • 6 slices Bacon, sugar free uncured
  • 1 lb Chicken breast, boneless. skinless
Produce
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 Green onion
  • 1 head Romaine or butter lettuce
  • 1 cup Tomatoes
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Avocado or olive oil based mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice, fresh
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1 Salt and pepper
