Quick and easy veggie and chicken packed meal for the busy weeknights! Plus my favorite tip on saving time with easy rice prep!

  • 1 cup Corn, whole kernel
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 Red onion, medium
Refrigerated
  • 2 Eggs, large
Condiments
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce, reduced-sodium
Pasta & Grains
  • 3 cups Rice, cooked
Baking & Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 cup Peas and carrots mix, sweet
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
Oils & Vinegars
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
Dairy
  • 1 1/2 tbsp Butter
