Tender pieces of pork are slow cooked in a flavorful sauce and served with jasmine rice and your favorite sauteed fresh veggies for an easy dinner. Leftovers make the best fried rice too!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Meaty pork belly
Produce
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro
  • 2 whole cloves Garlic, fresh
  • 1 tsp Ginger, fresh
  • 1 Lime, whole fresh
Condiments
  • 2 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1/4 cup Soy sauce
Baking & Spices
  • 1 tsp Sucanat, granulated
  • 1/2 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
  • 2 tbsp Rice vinegar, unseasoned
Beer, Wine & Liquor
  • 2 tbsp Sherry, dry
Liquids
  • 1/2 cup Water
